This is a summary of the legal record involving either Troy Allen Melquist or RedcellX, Inc. as I found it looking through public court records in Multnomah and Washington Counties in the State of Oregon, Lackawanna and Centre Counties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Mahoning County in the State of Ohio.
