A substantial payment was made up-front and the work was never completed. All I received were some sketches. Later, I came across the site TroyMelquistSucks.com, realized this guy is a career criminal and I had absolutely no chance of ever recouping my funds because there were many others before me. So, I chalked it up to experience as a first time entrepreneur and kept it moving. But...Troy Allen Melquist should never be allowed to start a business again. He belongs in jail.
